Cancellation Policy
We understand that from time to time life gets in the way and schedules change.
As a small business we really do appreciate it when you:

Call us to let us know if you are running late

Give us as much notice as possible (at least 24hrs) if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
These little things mean so much to us and make a huge difference in allowing us to reschedule other appointments or book in people that may be placed on waiting lists.
We always aim to deliver the highest level of service to our wonderful clients and the above massively helps us with this.
If you fail to turn up to an appointment without notifying us it is our right to charge the full treatment cost.
